We ship worldwide. Delivery services are available in most countries, and we continue to expand our coverage to serve more customers globally.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation message once your order is packed and ready to ship.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on your location:
Domestic (within the country of origin): 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local logistics conditions.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees (if any) are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.
Some promotional offers may include free shipping, which will be clearly noted.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Molly Automate only accepts Cash on Delivery.
Payment must be made in full to the delivery agent upon receipt of the package.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we may provide a tracking number, depending on the shipping carrier used. You will receive tracking details via email or SMS (if available for your region).
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the order:
The delivery agent may attempt redelivery depending on the local carrier’s policy.
Orders not received after repeated delivery attempts may be cancelled, and future COD orders could be restricted.
